Refund and Product Return Policy

At fashionlocker.eu, we offer a return policy that allows you to return or exchange products under the following conditions:



1. Return of Products:
– Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
– The product must be in original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

2. Compensation:
– The return of the product will result in a full refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the product in the same manner as paid for. For example, if it has been paid by cash on delivery, then the courier will give the money to the customer on the spot when returning the product. If its paid by visa or master-card we will refund the same amount to the same card used when the purchase was made.

– Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.


3. Exchanges:
– Customers can also request a product exchange for another product of equal or greater value.
– Those interested must contact us to set up the exchange process.
